Ben Gouldson

Ben Gouldson is a Director and head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property sections of Clifford Gouldson.  With more than 15 years experience as a litigator, Ben is acutely aware of the need to balance commercial reality and fairness in his practice. It’s an approach that recognizes the need to litigate in some circumstances, but that the most important outcome is to deliver clients a sense of closure from both a legal and personal perspective. 

Ben advises on a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, building & construction law, professional negligence, planning and environment litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency, intellectual property and trade practices.
