A Will is a legal document which, as far as possible, ensures your assets are distributed according to your wishes after you die. Any person 18 years or older and of sound mind can, and should, make a Will.
In your Will you appoint an executor to manage the distribution of your assets to your beneficiaries. Your choice of executor should be carefully considered as the role can be demanding and involve legal and financial issues.
