Clifford Gouldson Lawyers’, or CGLaw to our supporters, journey began when Ben Gouldson and Danny Clifford decided to establish a commercially focussed law firm that was, by design, never destined to be all things to all people. Established as a law firm for business and business owners, delivering advice on risk with commercial nous, CGLaw focussed on our passion. If you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life, and Ben and Danny set about building a business where people could dedicate their working hours to fulfilling their passion. Immediately the idea of a law firm which speaks honestly about its own limitations and delivered advice within its specialty areas gained traction.
Clients from Toowoomba, the Darling Downs, South East Queensland, and across Australia flocked to the firm. Growth has been consistent since 2006 when the firm was established, and with Amanda Tolson joining Ben and Danny as a Director in 2014, CGLaw now proudly operates from its head office in Toowoomba, and offices in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Melbourne and Sydney.
