Courtesy Warning – Increased Fraudulent Correspondence

We urge all our clients and referrers to be aware of increased fraudulent notifications purporting to come from intellectual property firms and registered trade mark and patent attorneys.

You might receive correspondence alleging that your business or company name infringes someone else’s registered business name or trademark, offering services, or requesting payment of registration or application fees.

If you receive any such correspondence, please contact us to verify its authenticity before taking any action.
