Sharon Doyle Joined Clifford Gouldson Lawyers in 2026 as a Lawyer based in our Sunshine Coast office, working across our Business + Corporate Advisory Team .
She advises business owners, directors and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business structuring, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, business acquisitions and disposals, and general advisory work.
Sharon takes a practical and commercially focused approach to her work, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence. She enjoys working alongside businesses as they grow and evolve, with a particular focus on helping clients understand their options, manage risk and make informed decisions that support long-term objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharon held senior business and operational leadership roles, working closely with organisations, teams and regulators. This experience gives her a strong commercial lens and a clear understanding of the practical realities businesses face, allowing her to provide advice that is both legally sound and commercially workable.
Her experience spans corporate advisory, governance and transactional matters for SMEs and privately owned businesses, this has included:
- Assisting on a business acquisition, including due diligence, transaction documentation and completion requirements, and supporting senior lawyers through to settlement.
- Advising on corporate governance and restructuring matters, including drafting corporate documents, preparing resolutions and regulatory filings, and assisting with implementation of appropriate business structures aligned with commercial objectives.
- Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, consultancy agreements and shareholder-related documentation, with a focus on identifying and managing legal and commercial risk.
Sharon holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys walking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
