Changes to employer obligations for annualised salaries commence 1 March 2020

Following the decision of the Fair Work Commission (FWC) in February of 2019, the obligations of employers who pay annual salaries are changing.

  • manufacturing
  • horticulture
  • hospitality

The finalisation of the arrangements to the relevant modern awards is still under review. You can follow the review on the FWC website.
