Clifford Gouldson Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Carly Brailak as a Director and owner of Clifford Gouldson Lawyers effective from 1 July 2025.
Carly joins current directors Harrison Humphries, Amanda Tolson, Danny Clifford and Ben Gouldson.
Carly joined CGLaw in September 2019 and has been a critical member of the Property + Business Transactions practice area as a Special Counsel over the last nearly six years.

Carly’s appointment sees Property + Business Transactions become our first practice area with two Directors. While we don’t anticipate our clients seeing any change to how this practice area operates, this does mean that management responsibilities for the practice area and team will be shared between Amanda Tolson and Carly.
Director Amanda Tolson said, “It’s so exciting to have another woman joining the CG Law directorship and particularly when Carly is someone who I have worked with both here and at previous law firms.”
