Clifford Gouldson Lawyers is proud to announce the promotion of five members of our team to new positions.

The following appointments take effect immediately:

  • Sheelagh Gray, Head of Section, Wills, Estates, Planning + Structuring
  • Angela Pratt, Special Counsel, Workplace
  • Ebony Archer, Associate, Workplace

CGLaw Director Ben Gouldson said these appointments reflect a lot of hard work, commitment, loyalty and most of all the fact that each of these five outstanding individuals reflect the culture and vision of our firm.

Ben said, “These promotions come during a difficult time for many businesses, including our own, as we all deal with the COVID-19 crisis but we remain optimistic about the future and that means making sure we recognise and reward past effort.”

“Sheelagh, Angela, David, Ebony and Simon have all become critical members of our team and very much deserve this recognition and the appreciation of myself, my fellow directors Amanda and Danny, and the entire CGLaw family.”

“Our firm has been on a journey of growth and development over the past 14 years and especially so in the last two years.”

“During a strategic planning process involving the whole firm we identified a real desire to grow and develop as a firm to ensure we could provide opportunities for team members.”

“So while COVID-19 is providing present challenges, we are proud that our commitment to growth has given us the ability to promote and recognise these team members.”

“I’d also like to personally thank every one of the CGLaw team for the contribution they have made to our continued success.  It’s been achieved by a far greater number of people than those we acknowledge specifically today.”

“And, of course, we are grateful to you – our clients – without whom we would not be in business.  Danny, Amanda and I thank you for your continued support as we work together now and into the future to help you achieve success in your businesses.”
