Print Version

27/06/2014

With the on again off again discussions around the superannuation guarantee, and the publicity around the pause on increases, some businesses may have missed that they will need to apply an increase from Tuesday 1 July 2014.

The increase from 9.25% to 9.5% will be the last to occur before a four-year pause proposed by the Coalition but not yet passed by Parliament.

The former Labor Government had legislated for an increase to 12% by 2019.
