CGLaw livestreams with Periscope

Print Version

Our latest endeavour, called Legal Scope, involves using the Periscope application to livestream to our Twitter and other followers every Friday at 9.45 am (AEST).

So what is Periscope?  periscope app logo

Periscope is an app that lets you share and experience live video streams direct from your smartphone or tablet.

It can be used to capture the atmosphere at an event, to broadcast an unfolding news story or to share business or conference information.

What will I see each week?

Clifford Gouldson's Legal Scope will bring you a short livestream (about 5 minutes) every Friday to discuss an interesting legal topic, a current event or something going on around our office.

The immediacy of the app means you can send comments or ask questions as the video is happening and we can respond in real time.  Or if you think we're doing a good job you can just tap the screen to send us some hearts!

Twitter & Periscope

Periscope works closely with Twitter, so if you follow Clifford Gouldson on Twitter you'll see a tweet each week just before we start.  Or, if you follow us directly with the Periscope app you'll get a notification when we go live.

I want to watch!

First you need to download the Periscope app on your smartphone by finding it in the App Store or Google Play or by visiting  Then search for and connect with Clifford Gouldson Lawyers.  If you're a Twitter user you can also follow Clifford Gouldson.

Also available via YouTube

We'll also be recording our Legal Scope each week and making it available via YouTube.  You cansee our first livestream explaining the concept here.  So if you're busy at 9.45am on a Friday you can follow our YouTube channel and watch the CGLaw Legal Scope at your convenience.

Questions & feedback welcome

If you have legal questions you'd like us to discuss on Legal Scope please email us with the details.  We'd also welcome any feedback about the topics we cover and whether you find value in the material being presented.

We look forward to seeing you on the livestream....
